Chokes

Tube amplifiers without chokes in the power supply are almost hard to imagine. A much cleaner power supply is the result of the use of one or more chokes in the power supply line. AE has got several types in their programm. Again from very small to very big.. and with different core materials and types.

EI core choke. Regular good quality which is suitable for multiple purposes. Available in different inductions and current intensities.

6-chamber choke. EI-core choke winded in six chambers to make a much bigger frequency band width possible. Very popular quality choke.

10 Henry/ 200 mA.

C-core choke . DC-core choke. For this choke we use high quality c-cores. New in the programm is the non-plus-ultra choke with amorphous core. On the picture below on the right and below right a small constuction for power transformers of pre-amps.

The chokes are, next to the standard inductions, also on demand in other values available.
